Now He Has Time To Fight All The Fans.

Two things to look and listen for in the video:Can't get enough of seeing Darcy Tucker laid out on the ice and listen to the homer Leaf annoncers trash the Philly fan. Hilarious.

That was fantastic. I had never heard it with the Canadian commentators before -- I love the way they said "let him into the box, let him in..."

I so wish the refs were not standing so close, and Domi could have disciplined that fan a little bit more... you don't taunt a dog in a cage, and if you fall in the cage you should get what you deserve.

I think Tie is the one guy that always has a smile on his face when he's fighting, even when the other guy is getting the better of him. He doesn't strike me as really mean or dangerous, not like some other thugs (and sure, I consider him a thug), and I guess that's why I'm always on his side.

The world needs more Tie Domis. There, I said it, and hockey will not be as much fun now that he's gone. (Darcy Tucker will try to take his place, but he strikes me as even crazier and therefore a little more dangerous...)

the announcer said it best (of Ulf): "you live by the sword, you die by the sword" -- I don't feel too sorry for him. what you might not have seen was Ulf holding Tie's stick and taking it from him, and then in front of the goal crease Ulf looks like he got his elbow up into Tie's chest/chin -- so the left hook was not entirely unprovoked.

ok, that said, it was still about the worst thing I've seen him do, and I hadn't seen it before, and I'm a little bit less of a Domi fan. like after I saw Austin Power's 3 and became a little bit less of a Mike Myer's fan. so still, I'm pretty much a fan. sue me.

Wolske-
You never have to defend yourself for being a Domi fan; I continued to love Dale Hunter after he whacked Pierre Turgeon, which was a far dirtier play (after the whistle, from behind, he's not a punk like Ulf....)
